We are so sorry we have had many cancellations for Friday's basketball session at the Lakes Estate due to the hot weather.   Therefore we have had to cancel the final session so we will not be at the Dinosaur Park this Friday 22nd 4 - 6pm.We apologise for the late change, we hope to organise more sessions later.

We at 5 On It Foundation were thrilled to be chosen as the official charity for Saturday night’s Milton Keynes Inspiration Awards 2022 which resulted in £1052 being raised for our charity! Over 300 people attended the Awards at the Jury’s Inn which celebrates the work of inspirational individuals from Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, giving them the recognition they greatly deserve. After a delicious dinner and awards presentation a 50/50 raffle was held which raised £500 for 5 On It giving the lucky ticket winner £250!  An exciting auction followed which comprised of gifts donated by national and local organisations including SkyTV, John Lewis, Brasserie Blanc, Whittard of Chelsea,  Social Pottery MK, Milton Keynes Food Awards, Krispy Kreme, Cock Inn North Crawley, Aqua Parks, Bannatyne Gym and Spa, Smile…

5 On It Foundation were delighted to join MK Basketball Club last night in awarding their U14s player Athena Thompson, who represents England, with a joint funded bursary, from both the Charity and the Club, to go towards oversees travel expenses and purchasing essential playing kit. Athena has just returned from Serbia where she represented England and is now looking forward to training during off season with MK Basketball Club and Basketball England. 5 On It ambassadors and top level players Kai Williams and Jordan Spencer presented Athena with her bursary voucher.  Jordan said “Kai and myself are delighted to award Athena with the joint bursary funding and congratulate her on her incredible achievement of being selected to play for England”.   Peter Taylor, Chairman of MK Basketball Club added…

5 On It Foundation are delighted to be awarded a grant from the Thames Valley Police to run an anti gang Gone Today Gone Tomorrow baskektball progamme during summer 2022. Lolly and Debbie were thrilled to attend a Community Fund presentation event hosted by Police and Crime Commissioner Matthew Barber where they were presented with a cheque alongside 18 other organisations. Details of the summer basketball event will be announced soon where basketball stars and legends will be taking part including Nigel Lloyd, Jordan Spencer, Kai Williams and Chris Tawiah!
