Step onto the court with Nutri Hoops, meet the Nutri Troops characters, and become part of the Healthy Hero adventure.

What Is Nutri Hoops & Nutri Netters?

Nutri Hoops & Nutri Netters is an exciting, high-energy sports programme designed especially for toddlers and pre-school children aged 18 months to 5 years–  and their grown-ups!

Created and delivered by:

  • Kai Williams โ€“ Professional Basketballer (Canada)
  • Peter Bakare โ€“ GB Olympian
  • Stacy Lloydย โ€“ International Barbados Netballer

This unique programme brings together sport, storytelling, music and movement to help little ones build confidence, coordination and healthy habits, all while bonding with their parents or guardians.

WHEN:

Sessions take place on Saturday 21st February, Saturday 28th February, Saturday 7th March, Saturday 14th March and Saturday 21st March.

What Happens in a Session?

Our sessions are packed full of:

โœจ Basketball & Netball skill-building
โœจ Bubbles, music & dancing
โœจ Fun games & teamwork challenges
โœจ Rolling, throwing, catching & jumping activities
โœจ Early nutrition awareness through play
โœจ Big smiles and quality family time

No experience is needed- just come ready to move, laugh and enjoy time together!

We focus on developing key transferable skills including:

  • Balance & coordination
  • Movement & agility
  • Listening & following instructions
  • Confidence & social interaction
  • Parent-child bonding through sport

Session Times & Age Groups

Each session lasts 35 minutes and is carefully structured for each developmental stage.

  • 18 months โ€“ 2 years 5 months: 9:35am โ€“ 10:10am
  • 10:15am โ€“ 10:50am
    โ€ข 2ยฝ โ€“ 3ยฝ years

10:55am โ€“ 11:30am
โ€ข 3years and 7 months โ€“ 5 years (under 6 years)

Spaces are limited to ensure every child gets attention and support. You are welcome to just attend for one week or all 5 weeks or something in between!

If families would like to, they can make an anonymous donation – paying what they would like to- to support the 5 On It Foundation and help keep activities like this running for families across Milton Keynes.

There is absolutely no obligation to donate- everyone is welcome.
