5 On It Foundation is proud to be supporting the governmentโ€™s HAF scheme for a fourth year running, in partnership with Milton Keynes Council, to provide activities and food to families with children in receipt of benefit-related Free School Meals (FSM).

Weโ€™re thrilled to announce the return of Hang Out Football โ€” a vibrant activity day for 12โ€“16-year-olds at Sports Central!

Running from 11amโ€“3pm, this free football camp offers top-quality coaching with our football coaching starts Eric Ameyaw and Axel Ampedu whose energy and passion for the sport will fire up the session. Expect dynamic drills, expert tips, and a fun, supportive atmosphere designed to bring out the best in every young footballer, no matter their starting level.

Plus we will be organising a trip to see MK Lightening Ice Hockey team!
