5 On It Foundation, with the help of funding from Bradwell Parish Council, are excited to be running a FREE basketball coaching programme at Heelands Sports Field during the school summer holidays headed up by London Lions Legend player and coach Nigel Lloyd!

Starting on Monday 26th July, budding Michael Jordanโ€™s aged 7 โ€“ 18 years are invited to join Nigel for 6 weeks of basketball coaching, prizes, 3 on 3 and lots of fun! The sessions run every Monday 10 – 12 noon until 30th August,

ages 7-12rs, boys and girls: 10am-11am and ages 13-18yrs, boys and girls: 11am-12noon. All standards of play are welcome.

Nigelโ€™s playing career includes securing Barbados a pair of regional titles as their starting point guard. He also played professionally for 6 BBL clubs including Birmingham Bullets and London Lions. After retiring he became the the most successful Head Coach for Barbados helping the country to qualify for its first and only appearance at the Commonwealth Games of 2006. He was also Head Coach for the London Lions Professional Basketball Team and is still advisory to the Club.
